Week 2 - Day 4 - Activity 2

Here should be the Geothermal pool in Rotorua:

Green Stinky Lake
Groppy Lake
Green Sloppy
*Wai-O-Tapu Pool*
Greeny pool

In this activity, we had to list 3-5 names for the Geothermal Pool in Rotorua. This was challenging because I didn't know any names. My favorite name was Wai-O-Tapu Pool because this is where the pool is located.

  1. Greetings Joshua,
One simple is Green pool because the pool is Green. Your favorite name is actually smart because you told us that it's a location. My favorite name that you did was the Green Stinky lake

    Keep it up Joshua!
I hope I see more blog posts.

  2. Greetings Joshua,

It's great to see you completing and publishing during these summer holidays. Did you know that this task was one of my favourite? Did you enjoy this task. My favourite name from your perspectives would need to be Green Stinky Lake, because it sounds really funny.

    WELL DONE:)

  4. Kia ora Joshua,

Those are some creative names for the geothermal pool! I really like the name Green Sloppy because it really does look like a big pool of green goop or slime, doesn't it?

Wai-O-Tapu Pool is a terrific name because it tells tourists exactly where it is located so it will be easy for them to find, good thinking Joshua! Have you ever been to Rotorua and do you think you would like to go see the Devil's Bath? I've been to Rotorua 2-3 times and I've had an awesome experience each time. There are so many activities to do and sights to see!

    Best,
    Evelyn :)
