This poster shows my learning in maths. Each day I have to save 20 litres of water how much water do I save. I had to solve the problem, the strategy I used was 20 + 20 +20 + 20 + 20 + 20 + 20 and the answer was 140
Your strategy is called repeated addition Joshua. Next time you could try using multiplication because the way you have recorded your thinking shows you have 7 groups of 20. 7 x 20 = 140. Well done!
